Most reasonable and comprehensive quote and done to budget. I wanted a few extra things done along the way and his quotes for these extra things where always reasonable. Jake slowly and diligently took me through the contract before signing, which I appreciated and think is important.

Our project went really well, communication was good, no surprises and we always knew what was happening. Being informed of plans, sub-contractor works and overall schedules is so important as were living in our home as it was renovated around us.
